i guess we are all guilty of this to a point, myself included. i know i havnt posted anything new in a while, but i see plenty that do, post stuff nearly everyday. i have to say, a lot of it sucks! most stuff i been seeing is mostly mundane, everyday, snapshots of nothing. sure your boyfriend is cute, your baby siblings are adorable and the blood on your wrists is vibrantly red, but it is not art. and i'm not saying beautiful things arnt found in everyday life, but come on people, lets filter out some of the stupid boring junk on these pages, free up some space on the servers for deviant art, and put a little more effort into our deviations. besides, you can always post the whimisical pictures of you and your awesome girlfriends and endearing pictures of special someones on photobucket, and nobody would mind. keep deviant art, just that: deviant and art.

if you have any problems with these thoughts o' mine, i got a couple fingers i need inspected, so i'll gladly put them close to your face for deeper consideration.
